The present petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award.

It is submitted that the petitioner and the respondent are engaged in multiple arbitral proceedings before the same Arbitral Tribunal in respect of different contracts. The present petition concerns proceedings before an Arbitral Tribunal referred to as AT-3.

It is submitted by the respective counsel that the learned Arbitral Tribunal has proceeded with the matter with expedition and dispatch, however, given the nature of the matter and the extensive evidence adduced The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. by the parties, some further time is required for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award. 6.
