The present application has been filed by the counsel for the plaintiff stating inter alia that his clients have stopped contacting him despite repeated messages sent by him.

Counsel for the plaintiffs states that he had dispatched an e-mail dated 4.3.2015 to the plaintiffs informing them about the next date of hearing and subsequently, a notice dated 4.3.2015 was addressed to the plaintiffs calling upon them to make adequate arrangements to be represented in the present case, but they have not taken any steps so far. He further states that an advance copy of the present application was also dispatched by speed post to the plaintiffs at the addresses reflected in the memo of parties on 18.4.2015, but the plaintiffs have failed to contact him. Proof of delivery of the aforesaid letter has also CS(OS) 419/2015 Page 1 of 2
been enclosed with the present application.

In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and the learned counsel is discharged from the case. 4.
The application is disposed of.
CS(OS) 419/2015 & IA No.3256/2015 As none is present for the plaintiffs and counsel for the plaintiffs has already been discharged due to lack of instructions, the present suit is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution, along with the pending application.
