The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent nos. 1 and 2, to take appropriate action to stop all the commercial activities/running of any factory by respondent no. 3, at the property bearing No. 1062, Ground Floor, Gali Rajan, Farash Khana, Delhi-110006. 2.
When the matter was listed on the last date of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), had submitted that the property in question had been inspected, and a tailoring unit had been found to be running therein. Today, a Status Report dated 24th September, 2025, has been handed over by the learned counsel appearing for the MCD, which is taken on record. The relevant portion of the said Status Report, reads as under: "xxx xxx xxx 4.
That the Property bearing No. 1062, Ground Floor, Gali Rajan, Farash Khana, Delhi-110006 was inspected on 18.09.2025 and during inspection, no commercial/factory was found running at Ground Floor of the property. The photographs of the property are annexed as ANNEXURE-'A'.

show that it is the clear stand of the MCD that no commercial activity or factory has been found running from the ground floor of the property in question. Further, the photographs clearly show that the property in question stands vacated.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 3 puts in appearance and submits that respondent no. 3 is not carrying out any commercial activity from the property in question. The aforesaid statement is taken note of.

Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

Needless to state, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved in the future, he has liberty to seek his remedies, in accordance with law. 9.
The present petition, along with the pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
