% 15.02.2017 The plaintiff has sought an injunction against the defendant from cancelling flight tickets as per the details attached with the plaint. Vide order dated 15.02.2015, this Court had restrained the defendants from cancelling those tickets. Learned counsel for the defendants has submitted that those tickets have been utilized by the plaintiff and there exists no ticket upon which the order of this Court dated 15.02.2015 can be said to be operated. Learned counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that all those tickets which were restrained to be cancelled have been utilized by the plaintiff and this case has thus become infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
