Pursuant to the directions passed by this Court, Mr. Tripathi, learned counsel, who appears alongwith the Director of Education, submits that the petitioner in W.P.(C) 14390/2024 has been found to be entitled for admission and accordingly, necessary steps have been taken. 2.

Learned counsel who appears on behalf of the School also confirms the aforesaid aspect and he submits that subject to certain compliances, the petitioner would be granted admission.
