Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that the Appellant has already deposited 75% of the awarded amount before the Court, where proceedings under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, are pending.

He submits that Appellant is prepared to deposit the remaining 25% within 2 weeks.

If the Appellant deposits 100% of the award amount, 75% of which has already been deposited, the execution petition shall be consigned to the record as satisfied.
