By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 07.11.2024, in which the word 'parole' instead of 'furlough' has been inadvertently mentioned in condition Nos. (i) and (iii).

For the reasons mentioned therein, the application is allowed and the order dated 07.11.2024 is modified to the extent that in condition nos. (i) and (iii) the word 'furlough' be read in place of the word 'parole'. 5.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. 6.

A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary information and compliance.
