By the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the learned Trial Court to decide the applications filed by the petitioner under Sections 340 and 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) in Mt. Case/742/2022 at the earliest and stay of proceedings in maintenance case and execution cases until final disposal of the said applications. 2.

Concededly, the applications filed by the petitioner are still pending before the learned Trial Court.

The present petition is, therefore, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take all arguments before the learned Trial Court.
