This is a fresh petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, thereby directing Respondent No.3 to produce the corpus, Sergeant Balkrishan Soni (No.725101-L) before the Court and also to declare the detention of the corpus beyond 31.08.2025 to be illegal, unlawful and unconstitutional and immediate release of detainee. 4.

After hearing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file petition before the appropriate forum.
