The present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioners' representation and refund the processing fee of Rs. 1.50 lacs paid by the petitioners.

Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had paid the fee towards the application for recognition of additional M.Ed course, however, the same was rejected by the respondent/NCTE without undertaking any inspection. 3.

He submits that he will not press the present petition any further in case, the respondent/NCTE is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2017 (at page 93of the paper book) in a time bound manner.

Issue notice. Mr. Mohinder JS Rupal, learned counsel for the respondent/NCTE accepts notice.

He submits that he has no objection in case such directions are passed. 6.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/NCTE to decide the petitioners' representation dated 10.05.2017 within a period of 04 weeks.

The order passed shall be communicated to the petitioners' counsel within two weeks thereafter.
