This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking the following prayers: a. "That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent to furnish such security in the form of cash or such other equivalent as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to secure the amount of Rs 24,03,45,738/- (Rupees Twenty- Four Crores Three Lakhs Forty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Eight only) payable by the Respondent vide the Award dated August 23, 2024 , The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Ms. Kumar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek the same relief in the O.M.P.(COMM) 404/2024, as well as to avail her legal rights by filing a petition seeking enforcement. 3.
