This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator. 4.

It is stated that arbitral proceedings are at the stage of final arguments and the mandate of the Arbitrator has expired on 12.08.2025. 5.

Issue notice.

of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator is extended by a period of 06 months from 19.09.2025 and the period between 13.08.2025 to 18.09.2025 is regularized. 8.
