Petitioner No.2 states that he and his wife, petitioner No.1, had handed over the vacant peaceful possession of the staff quarter under their possession, to the respondent No.2/DJB on 31.3.2018. 2.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present petition, which is disposed of accordingly along with the pending application. 3.
