This appeal is filed on behalf of the Appellant under Section 91 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Rule 156 of the Trade Marks Rules, 2017 for setting aside the impugned order dated 11.07.2025 passed by Respondent No. 1, whereby the Rectification Application bearing No. 267173 filed against Trade Mark Application bearing No. 1006634 for the mark 'ROYAL' has been allowed and said mark has been removed from the Register of Trade Marks.

Learned counsel for the Appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal since the matter has been settled between Appellant and Respondent No. 2. 3.
