This writ petition is not pressed as petitioners are employees not of the Government or Government Organization but of a private employer, namely, GA Digital Web Word (P) Limited, and therefore liberty is granted to the petitioners to file civil proceedings or proceedings under Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 against the employer in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
