This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator. 4.
It is stated in the petition that proceedings are at the stage of cross examination of Claimant's witness and mandate of the learned Arbitrator has expired on 15.08.2025.

Mr. Rajesh Mahendru, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions does not object to the extension of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator.
