The present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:- a.
Issue a Writ of Mandamus/Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ/Order and/or Directions thereby directing the Respondent to stop, demolish and to take appropriate action against the unauthorized construction being carried out by the Owner at Property Bearing No. 8666, Aaraksha Road, Paharganj, New Delhi-110055; and b.
Pass any other Order/s, as this Hon'ble Court may deem
fit and proper in the interest of justice and circumstances of the case."

Mr. Ajjay Aroraa, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the property in question has been sealed pursuant to the directions dated 15th February, 2018, 17th February, 2018 and 19th February, 2018 of the Monitoring Committee appointed by the Supreme Court. He also states, even as of date, the property remains sealed. 3.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition. The same along with connected application are dismissed as withdrawn.
