The instant petition is for the following reliefs: "a. Allow the present petition and grant an extension of time, for another 9 (Nine) months from date of passing of expected order on this Petition, in terms of Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, on the grounds detailed in the present Petition, to enable the Arbitrator to pass the final award, and;." 5.
Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, the mandate of the Arbitrator stands extended for six months with effect from 08.08.2025.
