This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator. 2.

Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to Agreement dated 08.02.2013 pertaining to a Studio/Unit No. 19-C, located in a Plaza inside a hotel, Petitioner filed a petition under Section 11(6) of 1996 Act being ARB.P. 1108/2022, seeking appointment of an Arbitrator, which was allowed on 22.11.2022 appointing a Sole Arbitrator. From time to time, mandate of the Sole Arbitrator was extended by this Court and lastly vide order dated 11.02.2025 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 107/2025 by a period of six months from the date of the order. arbitral proceedings are at the stage of cross examination of Respondents' witnesses and the mandate has expired on 10.08.2025. 3.

Issue notice.

Ms. Unnimaya, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents and on instructions submits that Respondents have no objection to the extension of mandate of the Sole Arbitrator. 5.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator is extended by 07 months from 11.08.2025. 6.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
