HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN

O R D E R

% 24.03.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience and deliberate violation of the order dated 9th September, 2011. Admittedly, the respondent-School has made the payments in accordance with the order dated 9th September, 2011 read with the order dated 14th July, 2016 passed by this Court.

Consequently, present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied. However, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the payments have not been made in accordance with the order dated 10th October, 2011. Since the prayer in the present contempt petition does not pertain to the order dated 10th October, 2011, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh petition in accordance with law.
