Through the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973), the Petitioner seeks quashing of the punishment ticket dated 11th July, 2025.

Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges that no judicial appraisal has been conducted. In such circumstances, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to reapply in the event the judicial appraisal confirms the punishment. The Petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all the grounds urged in the present petition before the Appraisal Judge. In the event of an adverse decision, the statements (if any recorded), a copy of the reply, and other requisite documents be provided to the Petitioner. 3.
