The present case has remained on the regular board since 03.02.2016 and has been taken up on several dates. On 19.02.2016 and 03.03.2016 none had appeared for the petitioner. On 21.03.2013, counsel for the petitioner had appeared and sought an adjournment on the ground that she was indisposed. She was duly accommodated not only on 21.03.2016 but also on 28.03.2016. Thereafter, the case was taken up on 04.04.2016, 07.04.2016 and 08.04.2016 but none had appeared for the petitioner. W.P.(C) 15819/2006

2.

The position remains the same today. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition, which is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
