The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a) set aside the Award dated 22.10.2024;

b) direct the Respondent to reinstate the Petitioner with all consequential benefits;

c) call for the Ld. Labor Court's record of the case; and d) pass such any other order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same afresh with correct particulars.
