The accused/applicant seeks bail for offence under Section 21/29 of NDPS Act of PS Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. 2.

It appears that in the prayer clause, particulars of the case in which bail is sought have not been mentioned. Therefore, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court since subsequent to filing of this application, there was change of circumstances in the sense that charges have been now framed.
