Appellant has assailed order dated 08.04.2025 of the learned trial court, whereby application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 CPC filed by the appellant seeking directions to the defendant/respondent to deposit the amount withdrawn by her in the court as security was dismissed. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for appellant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file appropriate application before the trial court.
