% 01.08.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by an order passed by the SDM dated 10.10.2016.

At the outset, it has been put to the learned counsel for the petitioner that this petition is not maintainable as an appeal lies to the higher authorities against the order passed by the SDM which is the Deputy Commissioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that there are certain questions of law which are involved. The petitioner is granted liberty to raise all these questions before the concerned higher authorities which would be the Deputy Commissioner.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
