The present petition has been filed under Section 29-A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of six (6) months. 2.

In the present case, the earlier Arbitrator appointed by the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DIAC') unfortunately expired on 5th April, 2024 and hence, a new Arbitrator was appointed on 17th December, 2024. 3.

Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent and does not object to the extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. 4.

Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a further period of six (6) months.

The period from 8th August, 2025, till today, stands regularized. 6.

The petition stands disposed of.
