This Court was not inclined to grant bail to the present applicant, after arguments were addressed and therefore, the learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the present bail application for grant of regular bail, however, he states that his application be also considered on the ground of health issues. Therefore, the applicant is at liberty to file a separate application for grant of interim bail. 2.

In view of the above, the present application for grant of regular bail stands dismissed as withdrawn.
