CRL.M.A. 32995/2025 (seeking correction of order dated 04.11.2025) 1.

The present application has been filed seeking correction of the appearance of petitioner's counsel in the order dated 04.11.2025. 2.

Mr. Vineet Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had appeared on behalf of the petitioner through VC and assisted this Court on 04.11.2025, however, inadvertently, the presence of some other counsel has been recorded.

The prayer is not opposed by Ms. Richa Dhawan, learned APP for the State.

In view of the above, it is directed that the appearance of Mr. Vineet Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner be read into the order dated 04.11.2025 in place of Mr. Vaibhav Pachauri, Advocate whose appearance has inadvertently been recorded on behalf of the petitioner. 5.
