The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following prayer:

"Pass an order thereby directing the esteemed office of the SDM court, Nangloi, New Delhi to pass an appropriate final order while disposing the pending proceedings u/s 145 Cr.P.C bearing DD No. 141 vide dated 17.11.2023, PS Nihal Vihar, titled as "State Vs Kuljeet Singh, Narinder Singh and Harvinder Pal Singh", which is pending for order since 18.07.2024 against the petitioner, in an expeditious manner, preferably, within short span of time, in the interest of justice." 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the matter is under active consideration of the concerned SDM and is next listed on 06.11.2025. 3.

It is submitted that the proceedings before the SDM shall be concluded and disposed of as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of six weeks from today.

The petition is disposed of taking on record the aforesaid statement. Pending application also stands disposed of.
