The present petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the rejection of Visa Application No. 1004V4EA3524. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents who appears on advance notice submits that the grant of visa shall be duly considered upon the petitioner making an application for grant of 'regular visa'. 3.

In the circumstances, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an application seeking regular visa. Upon the said application being made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered as expeditiously as possible.
