The present Appeal, filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 read with Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 ["HMA"], challenges the Judgment dated 22.05.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Shahdara, Karkardooma Court, Delhi, in case being HMA 283/2019, titled "Debashish Chandra Mandal v. Asha Mandal", whereby the Respondent's petition was allowed and a decree of divorce was granted under Section 13(1)(ia) of the HMA and desertion under Section 13(1)(ib) of the HMA was rejected. 2.
Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present Appeal in terms of settlement under which the Appellant has already received Rs. 5,00,000/-.
