After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner says that the order dated 10.6.2016 qua which the contempt petition has been filed, would have to be read alongwith Annexure P-1 filed with the writ petition and order dated 31.1.2017.

In these circumstances, counsel for the petitioner says that he would want to withdraw the captioned contempt petition and file a fresh petition, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
