Considering the punishment imposed had already been reduced vide order dated 01.03.2025 passed by the learned Jail Visiting Judge/ ASJ/ Special Judge Electricity Court No.2, Central, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi and the said period has already lapsed as also in view of handing over the document given by the petitioner himself, he has categorically accepted the charges levelled against him, the present petition has become infructuous as there is nothing remaining therein. 2.
