% 19.09.2025 1.

Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the Petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No. 0209/2025 registered under Sections 281/303(2)/115(2)/351(3)/3(5) BNS at P.S. Madhu Vihar and all proceedings arising therefrom in terms of Compromise Deed dated 08.09.2025 passed by JSCC on the mutual agreement between the parties. 2.

It is submitted that the FIR No. 0209/2025 was got registered on the basis of complaint made by the Complainant for an unfortunate accident took place on 09.06.2025 between the two 2-wheelers vehicles of the Petitioners and the Respondent No. 2.

4.

The matter is truly in terms of Compromise Deed dated 08.09.2025 and the Complainant has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the Petitioners on account of the Settlement already arrived at between the parties. 5.

The parties have endorsed the amicable settlement and accepted the terms thereof voluntarily and they submit that the settlement has been arrived at between the parties, without any pressure and coercion and that they shall remain bound by the terms of the Compromise Deed dated 08.09.2025. 6.

In view of the above facts that the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will and without any coercion, no useful purpose will be served in continuing with the proceedings, rather the same would create further acrimony between them. Hence, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto.

7.

Moreover, there is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question.

8.

Accordingly, considering the totality of circumstances and the nature of the dispute and the fact that they have settled the matter, the FIR No. 0209/2025 registered under Sections 281/303(2)/115(2)/351(3)/3(5) BNS at P.S. Madhu Vihar and all the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
