Sacchin Puri and Sh.Sanjeev Sagar in support of the petition, who after arguing at some length submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with the liberty to make a representation for the redressal of the grievances raised in this writ petition on various counts including certain reports of the Law Commission of India.
