This petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "a) That this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to give directions to the Respondents to immediately process and release the refund of Rs. 9,53,18,448/ -, alongwith the applicable interest, in the favour of petitioner, pertaining to the A.Y' s 2007-08 to 2011-12, in respect of the amount deposited by the petitioner and/or adjusted by the respondents, and/ or seized from the petitioner at the time of search proceedings as per the details mentioned and tabulated in Annexure- P10;"

submits that despite representations dated 24.10.2024, 24.05.2025, 24.04.2025, 19.06.2025 and 20.07.2025, no action has been taken by the respondents.

Appropriate shall be that the above representations, as filed by the petitioner, are disposed off by the respondents within a period of eight weeks as an outer limit by passing a reasoned order. 4.

It goes without saying that on the passing of the order, the party shall proceed in accordance with law.
