Learned counsel for the respondents state that as long as the petitioner continues the vending activities in accordance with the terms of the Vending Certificate dated 6th November, 2021, no action shall be initiated; however, in case if there is a violation of the terms and conditions of the Vending Certificate, lawful action shall be initiated against the petitioner. 3.
