The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

In the status report filed on behalf of respondent no.3/ MCD, it has been stated that the subject area falls within the jurisdiction of DDA. 3.

In the status report filed on behalf of respondent no.2/ DDA, it has been stated that the present writ petition has become infructuous in view of the demolition programme that was carried out by DDA on 16th September, 2025.

Mr. Anand Yadav, counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no.4 to 6 submits that it has wrongly been stated in paragraph 1 of the writ petition that properties bearing Khasra Nos. 14/4/3, 14/4, and 14/7, situated in Village Pandwala Kalan, District South-West, Delhi-110043 are Gram Sabha lands. He submits that the said properties are private lands. 5.

Mr. Yadav further submits that petitioner no.1 has filed the present writ petition on behalf of the remaining petitioners in order to extort money from respondents no.4 to 6.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that he is not receiving instructions from the petitioners.

In these circumstances, on the basis of the affidavit filed by respondent no.2/ DDA and submissions made by the counsel for DDA, the present writ petition is closed.
