Mr. I.S. Alag, learned senior counsel, who appears for the petitioner confines the petition to the extent of prayer (a) which is extracted as under: "a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents to take appropriate action on the complaint/letters/ filed by the Petitioner on 11.07.2018, 12.07.2018 and 21.08.2018 and to apprise the Petitioner of the status/action taken thereon."
