Vide the instant application, applicant seeks condonation of delay of 47 days in filing the application for restoration of the present petition which was dismissed vide order dated 22.11.2013.

It is averred in the instant application that applicant could not contact her counsel due to high blood pressure and ill health. Thereafter, there were winter holidays and she could contact her counsel only in the first week of January, 2014.

Undisputedly, the present application was filed on 07.02.2014 by the applicant / petitioner even after coming to know about dismissal of petition in the month of January, 2014. She has not even filed any documents about her ill health. Thus, has not explained the delay occurred in filing the application.

Finding no ground in the instant application, same is dismissed. 5.
Consequently, restoration application being Crl. M.A. 2248/2014 has become infructuous and dismissed as such.
