% 08.08.2016 After some arguments, it is agreed that the present writ petition be treated as a representation to be disposed of by the Commissioner (Housing) in accordance with law as well as DDA policies within a period of eight weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner by registered AD post.
