The present case has been reflected in the Regular cause-list since 3rd February, 2016. However, none has been appearing on behalf of the petitioners. On 19th February, 2016, learned counsel for the respondents was requested to give a written intimation of the pendency of this case to Mr. K.N. Das, counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that she had dispatched an intimation letter to counsel for the petitioners on 23rd February, 2016, through courier. Copy of the said letter and proof of dispatch is taken on record.

Despite the same, none is present on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the present W.P.(C) 16393-16400/2006
