Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accept notice. 2.

The applicants claim to be Legal Heirs (wife, daughter and two sons) of Late Mohd. Irfan who is stated to have expired on 18.02.2014. A copy of his death certificate has also been produced by the applicants. The applicants pray that the fixed deposits maintained in the name of late Mohd Irfan be released in their favour. The details of the Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDRs) in question are as under:- Amount Date of FDR Rs. 20,202.83 07.05.2011 Rs. 5,772.24 16.05.2011 Rs.35,992.00 29.05.2012

There is no objection to the aforesaid prayer. Consequentially, the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court branch is directed to release the proceeds of the aforesaid FDRs to the applicants in equal proportion after verifying their identity. The amount would be disbursed through banking channels. 4.

The application is disposed of.
