After making some submissions, counsel for the Applicant states that he wishes to withdraw the present bail application. He submits that, considering the Applicant is suffering from certain medical complications, he may be treated by the Jail Authorities and be granted liberty to apply for interim bail in the event his condition does not improve and surgery is recommended by the doctors.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. Upon the Applicant's surrender, the Jail Superintendent is directed to ensure that the Applicant is examined at a hospital having facility for treatment of Petitioner's disease. In the event that surgery is advised by the medical authorities, the Applicant shall be at liberty to move an application for interim bail before the Trial Court.
