% 07.03.2018 The matter has been on the Regular Board. However, on 08.11.2017 when the parties did not appear Court notice was ordered to be issued. The Court notice was served but none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners on 14.12.2017. The petitioners have also not appeared on 01.02.2018 and 26.02.2018.

Despite the matter being called twice today, none appears for the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the petition as such the same is dismissed in default. VINOD GOEL, J.
