% 27.07.2018 The petitioner alleges assault by the accused persons on 06.02.2018, he is aggrieved by the glacial pace of the investigation. According to the learned counsel for the State an FIR was registered on 08.02.2018 under sections 394/34 IPC. One accused Deepak Kumar@Dagdu was arrested on 11.02.2018 and subsequently, his brother-Dinesh too was arrested. However, they have been enlarged on bail by the learned Trial Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case as presented by the respondent is deliberately being weakened, right from the inception. He submits that the Investigating Officer did not mention that the accusedDeepak has criminal antecedents and is otherwise involved in four previous criminal cases. He submits that the petitioner has already moved an application for the cancellation of bail of the accused-Deepak. Looking at the grievance of the petitioner, this Writ Petition shall be treated as the petitioner‟s representation by the DCP of the area concerned,

who shall look into the matter and pass appropriate orders, with due intimation to the petitioner, within two weeks from today. Liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to legal remedies thereafter, is granted. The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J JULY 27, 2018 RW
