O R D E R

% 20.07.2017 Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4 points out that in terms of the communication written by respondent no.4 to respondent nos.1 to 3 dated 30.6.2017 followed by a communication dated 03.7.2017 the formula for conversion of CGPA into percentage has been detailed. Those letters are a part of the record. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 3 submits that in view of the aforenoted communication the CGPA of the petitioner shall be converted into percentage by them. This satisfies one prayer of the petitioner. The second prayer of the petitioner is that the OBC certificate which has been sent to respondent nos.1 to 3 has not been appreciated by respondent nos.1 to 3 in the correct perspective. On this count learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 points out that the

OBC certificate must contain the parentage of the party i.e. the petitioner should give her father's name in the said certificate and not the name of her husband. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has a fresh certificate containing the name of the father of the petitioner and the same shall be handed over to the respondent nos.1 to 3 within a period of four days. The case of the petitioner shall be processed thereafter.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
