This Rent Control Revision Petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 impugns the order [dated 24th August, 2016 in E. No.752/14/11 (New No.78010/16) of the Court of Additional Rent Controller-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi] of dismissal of the application filed by the petitioner for leave to defend the petition for eviction under Section 14(1)(e) of the Act filed by the respondent and the consequent order of eviction of the petitioner from property No.H-16/165, Bapa Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-05 as shown in the red colour in the site plan annexed to the petition for eviction. 2.

The petition was entertained and notice thereof ordered to be issued. 3.

The counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has vacated the premises from which the petitioner has been ordered to be evicted and does RC.REV. 99/2017

not want to challenge the order of eviction and has abided by the same and withdraws this petition. He has in the Court handed over the key of the premises to the respondent present in Court.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The date of 15th January, 2018 is cancelled.

No costs.
