Counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek exemption from personal appearance of petitioner no.1 before the Trial Court, considering that she is a lady of 70 years of age and not an active partner in the partnership firm M/s. Patna Home Appliances. 2.

Liberty is also being sought for seeking appearance of petitioner nos. 2 and 3 through VC, considering they are not residents of Delhi. 3.

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications.

Petitioners can seek exemption from the Trial Court; which shall be considered in accordance with law.
